Gregg D. Webster

Gregg D. Webster – Chief Executive Officer & Chairman of the Board. Webster is the co-inventor of RSI’s INS2 technology proven to lower the amount of insulin required to maintain healthy blood glucose levels.

Gregg is a well-known advocate for finding solutions to the pandemic of diabetes through education and medical research. He attends numerous national and international scientific symposia, and has successfully attracted an impressive group of the world’s leading researchers to our company.

From January 1995 to January 1999 Webster was President & Publisher of Patients Publishing Company, Inc., an award-winning healthcare publisher, specializing in the educational management of diabetes. In the 1980’s Webster spent ten years as a business management consultant specializing in turn-around/crisis management as well as all phases of business planning.

In the previous decade, Webster worked in sales management for the scientific instrumentation divisions of Nikon, Inc. (5 years) and Carl Zeiss, GMBH (5 years).

Gary Tomchuk - Gary is a leader in the Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability (LOHAS) market, bringing together 28 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, technology and management.

Gary has worked with many companies in the natural products and alternative health industries, serving as VP Marketing for BroadcastHealth.com, and working with Healthy.com, Deepak Chopra’s MyPotential, Ascended Health, Vital Basics, Whole Life, Convergence Health and Anu Water.  He is Board President of Nourish America, a Director for Aquamantra, and former Director for the Center for Cancer Education.

He brings to RSI the skills he earned in the computer industry, where he won industry recognition, including two PC Magazine’s Editors Choice Awards. His efforts as Product Manager contributed to the growth of Syncro Corporation to #173 on the Inc. 500. Gary also helped launch MicroWarehouse’s fastest growing, highest revenue catalog.

Compton Rom

Compton Rom – Vice President & Chief Information Officer (CIO) serves as overall director of internet operations including communications, marketing, data access management, storage and security.

Compton is a certified IBM Software Architect, and has previously been managing architect over several large enterprise web sites for Johnson & Johnson, Sun Microsystems, and Visa. He has managed teams to build web sites that support millions of simultaneous users for companies such as the State of Hawaii, State of California, Pacific Gas & Electric, Pfizer, Johnson and Johnson, Wells Fargo Bank, and Franklin Templeton.

Compton has proven Search Engine Optimization & Strategic Marketing skills. He has a patent-pending method of use to acquire top search engine rankings and numerous examples of top ranking web sites in major search engines (e.g. Google, MSN) for highly competitive keyword phrases. Knowledgeable in published and unpublished Google indexing and ranking methodologies. Compton has built a proprietary and highly successful search engine to help replicate the conditions by which Google ranks pages.
